How long does a return take to process?
Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3-5 business days after your return is processed. BulbHead will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees).
Will I be charged for shipping on a return?
There are two options for returning products:
Option A: Contact customer service and request a prepaid FedEx label. Simply print and affix the label to your package and drop it off at any FedEx location. A $9.99 return shipping charge will be automatically deducted from your refund upon printing this label.
Option B: return the products on your own via FedEx, USPS, or any other traceable method and receive a full product refund. We encourage you to insure your package. Please send returns to: BulbHead Returns Dept., 700 Indian Springs Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601

How to reset my password?

When will my order be confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail shortly after placing your order which will include your Order# and a summary of your purchase.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail after your order has shipped which will include a tracking number for your shipment.
Does BulbHead ship on Saturday?
Orders are shipped Mon - Fri, usually within 24 hours from the time they are placed.
How can I cancel my order?

BulbHead is always working to bring you the best and brightest solutions for everyday problems. Pre-order provides our customers with the option to buy new products before they hit the shelves. Pre-order allows you to reserve product(s) early. The product will ship to you on the first available date. The shipping date is listed beneath the "PRE-ORDER" button on the product page. Only select BulbHead products are available for pre-order.
Am I guaranteed to get an item in the promised shipping period or availability date?

Can I cancel or modify a pre-order?
Yes, please call toll-free at 800-887-2717 or use the Contact Us form and we will be happy to help. Keep in mind that order processing takes a full 24 hours, so our customer service representatives might not be able to view and modify your order for at least 24 hours after you've placed your order.
When will my pre-order item ship?
BulbHead guarantees that we will always post the best availability and shipping information for our products. We know that you want to receive your bright ideas as soon as you can and we are working hard to get these items as as soon as they're available!
What if I order multiple items? Can I combine in stock and pre-order items?
You can! You won’t be charged for your pre-order item until it becomes available and is on its way to you.
What happens if I place a pre-order for multiple items that are scheduled to arrive at different dates?

What is my warranty on my product?
We are confident the value and quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. In the event you are not completely satisfied, we'll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price for items returned in their original condition within 30 days after you receive them (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges and any separate fees). Refunds will be made to your original form of payment.
